When will my order ship?

Our first drop is currently up for pre-order for 2 weeks to ensure timely delivery prior to Muppet*Vision closing date. After the preorders end, we will be working hard to get those orders out the door and to you within 2-4 weeks. This is an estimate and it could be sooner as we find our flow as a new small shop.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the US but are looking to expand internationally as we grow.

Can I exchange or return my items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges or returns at this time.

What printing method do you use?

We currently use Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. It's a method of applying ink directly to fabric using specialized inkjet technology, similar to how a home printer works, but on clothing. Unlike traditional printing methods like screen printing, DTG prints directly onto the garment without the need for transfer paper or film. 

How do I care for my shirt?

For best results, we recommend turning the garment inside out and machine wash on cold/cool on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Lay flat and air dry to preserve quality.
